Location Data

We collect your location only when you explicitly use the "Near Me" feature or request distance calculations. Location data is:

• Used only for showing nearby malls and calculating distances
• Never stored on our servers
• Never shared with third parties
• Processed locally on your device

Usage Analytics

We collect anonymous usage data to improve the app experience:

• App opens and screen views
• Feature usage (searches, filters, navigation taps)
• App crashes and errors
• Device type and OS version

This data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to you personally.

Information We Don't Collect

We explicitly do NOT collect:

• Your name, email, or phone number
• Continuous location tracking
• Your parking history or patterns
• Payment information (all payments processed by Apple/Google)
• Personal identifiers

Third-Party Services

Got Parking uses the following third-party services:

CapitaLand API

Real-time parking data is fetched from CapitaLand's public API. We do not share any user data with CapitaLand.

Google AdMob

We display ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data for ad targeting. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

RevenueCat

Premium subscription management is handled by RevenueCat. They process purchase receipts but do not collect personal information.

Firebase Analytics

Anonymous analytics are collected via Firebase to improve app performance and features.

Data Security

Since we don't collect or store personal data on our servers, there's minimal risk to your privacy. All app usage occurs locally on your device.

Children's Privacy

Got Parking does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app is designed for general audiences.

Your Rights

You can:

• Deny location permissions in your device settings
• Opt out of personalized ads in iOS/Android settings
• Delete the app to remove all local data
• Contact us to request information about data we may hold
